How do students register for my educational Adventure?
There are several ways for your students to enroll.
Online: Students can enroll online by filling out a form at www.earthexplore.com/studentform
Mail: We recommend that the leader collect applications and send them in together.
Phone: Participants can apply by phone at 877.224-3623
Fax: Applications can be faxed to 707.538-7438
Preparing for your Adventure
We provide a host of materials to help prepare your students for travel. Besides mailing newsletters and study guides to participants, we provide you with a complete and structured set of meetings in binder form that you can hold in the months prior to departure. No need to prepare study sessions...we do that for you. Of course, you can add and modify our preparation sessions as you see fit.
Your Website
We provide all participating leaders with a group webpage that makes it easy to get information out. Just Email us updated information, and our staff uploads it for you. The webpage can include information about yourself, the group, your travel dates, upcoming meetings, and so on.
Packing Lists
In the months before travel, we provide a spring newsletter which contains detailed packing and travel information specific to each Adventure. In addition, all leaders and participants will receive these important items in May:
